Body, Mind & Soul Workshop at Aravalli Biodiversity Park – Women’s Day Special
On the occasion of International Women’s Day, a beautiful Body, Mind and Soul Workshop was conducted from 8:00 am to 10:00 am at Aravalli Biodiversity Park, in collaboration with Taabur for registrations.
The morning began with a refreshing nature walk led by Aashi ji, who guided the participants from the starting point to Salai Bridge, covering a peaceful 40-minute walk through nature. During the walk, she shared fascinating insights about the Aravalli range, explaining that it was formed nearly 3.6 billion years ago, and what we see today is only a small fragment of its ancient geological history.
Participants also learned about several native tree species and their significance, including trees whose leaves are traditionally used to make eco-friendly leaf plates, along with their medicinal values. She spoke about the Salai Tree, Meswak Tree, and many other plant species found in the biodiversity park.
After reaching Salai Bridge, Shikha Kandhari Bhasin conducted a guided meditation session, beginning with five minutes of Aum chanting and an explanation of its spiritual and vibrational benefits. This was followed by the chanting of Ram Raksha Stotra and a brief explanation of the significance of Vishnu Sahasranama.
After the meditation and chanting session, participants walked back to the starting point where healthy refreshments were served by Shikha, including apple, banana, Whole Truth chocolate, and fresh raw juice.
The session concluded with Shikha sharing insights on Fashion Trends 2026 and introducing participants to a Hypnotherapy-based Emotional Management Technique, helping them understand simple ways to manage stress and emotions in daily life.
The workshop beautifully blended nature, spirituality, wellness, and lifestyle learning, making it a meaningful and rejuvenating start to Women’s Day celebrations.
