After a successful career in Banking for 20 years (worked for Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ Ltd., ABN Amro Bank, IndusInd Bank and Bank of Barclays), I decided to follow my passion which was designing. I always loved wearing clothes which were artistic and simple yet stylish in its cut, decorations, and colors. In 2011, I joined Zarapkar college of Fashion, Dadar to fulfill my dream of fashi
on designing and getting equipped to plunge into this field. I always believed that half knowledge is dangerous and hence joined a two year course which taught me about the various aspects of Fashion designing like pattern making, drafting, color palette, trims, seams and stitches, textiles, embroidery etc. I completed my course and started out in this field as a freelancer and now have my small venture called "Simply Stylish". As the name suggests, the garments are simple (nothing gaudy and loud) yet stylish (caters to working women on the go). You can just checkout the garments. Few of them are sold and the comment says so but in case you are confused about the availability or size or price, please inbox me and I will answer in 6-7 hours time..(I generally get so drowned in my work at my studio and workshop that cannot answer). My Garments are all handmade and made from good quality fabric and generally have a ting of embroidery or sequins or lace or fabric paint.
