Each of these 🤍wooden blocks is hand-carved by artisans, every petal, leaf and vein chiselled out of seasoned🌷 wood. They’re inked, pressed, cleaned and used again thousands of times, carrying the memory of every fabric👗 they’ve touched.

At Ahana🕊️, our motifs start here, in these tiny sculptures of wood, long before they become the dresses you fall in love with.

Before Cloud ☁️Dancer was a colour of the year, it was a part of everyday India.🕊️
From royal courts to music mehfils and riverside rituals, miniature 🖼️paintings often show people draped in soft whites that stood for 🩷clarity, devotion and quiet strength.

With this series, we’re🌷 honouring that memory of white🤍 and the artisans who turned simple fabric into something sacred. At 🕊️Ahana, we reimagine the same softness in breathable cotton and 🧵handblock prints, made for today but rooted deeply in our past.
