In this rural training cohort of ThirdEye, in collaboration with , I am trying my best to create a change by not only imparting a skill but also helping them learn the basics that they should absolutely know for working in this field. Be it letters, so that they know the names of the stitches, be it even/odd numbers so that they understand why we need an odd number of lines for making a flower, or be it basic financial and digital literacy.
Seeing them becoming confident gives me another dopamine hit, which I can never explain.
