Bought a lacha from signature worth 18k plus which was damaged. As it was my bridal gift from groom side... I were not able to check it clearly during the day of purchase... Once it was shaped and tailored to my measurements, there was so many stains here and there in the skirt lining and the net area ouside... Which when enquired to the customer executive got to know its gum stains... And they said it so casually that is normal...... 18k plus worth product poorly maintained.... No quality check done.... As they have recieved money there was not even a topic of compensation or exchange in place....... I will never ever recommend anybody to this place...... Poor quality products mostly..... And they dont value customer satisfaction
