A vision. A pair she had dreamed of — down to the last little pyramid detail.
“Is this even possible?” she asked.

And of course, we said — always.

What followed was a flurry of references, sketches on sleepy afternoons, fabric swatches sent back and forth, and long chats about golds that weren’t too gold ✨
Until finally… her dream shoes came to life.

I launched Fleur Fusion in under 8 days.

No long-term plan. No perfect pitch deck. Just a leap — and a whole lot of help from friends and family.

Since then, we’ve learned that building a footwear brand isn’t just about the perfect pair.

It’s replying to sizing queries at midnight. It’s courier mix-ups and karigar confusion. It’s feeling overwhelmed… and still showing up the next day.

Because nothing compares to that moment when someone slips on a pair and says, “These are so perfect.”

That’s when it clicks. That’s when you remember — this is what you were meant to do.

This work asks for a lot. But it gives back in magic, meaning, and the quiet kind of validation that lingers.

Here’s to every little step — and every sole we’ve helped carry forward.
