Mandakini's Magic With a passion for natural fabrics, natural dyes and upcycling of fabrics. Looking for some unique

I upcycled two of Laura’s favorite tops—one a cotton short top she has worn for nearly 10 years, and another she has loved for a long time as well. Over time, the fabric had changed color due to sunscreen, but instead of letting them go, I gave them a new life through eco-printing.

This is my small gesture of gratitude for Laura, for her love, care, and service at Ramana’s Garden School. ♡

Clothes carry memories, and sometimes all they need is a little transformation to keep their story alive.

The first step in eco-printing is scouring the fabric.
🧼 Scouring - is the process of thoroughly cleaning the fabric to remove natural impurities such as wax, oils, dust, and dirt. This helps the fabric absorb natural dyes more effectively and ensures clearer, stronger prints.

What a wonderful Exhibition.
I hadn’t originally planned to exhibit this year, but with very little time in hand I still decided to make it happen. I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who supported me along the way.

I would also like to extend my sincere thanks to for generously providing me the opportunity and space to showcase my work. And also to the wonderful children from who helped me create these meaningful garments. Your energy and love are woven into every piece.

Thank you to all the people who came by to support me and the group.
It was truly heartwarming to see so many people stop by, support my work, and even send others to visit my booth. Watching people connect with the art and the story behind it made the whole experience so special.

Thank you for believing in the dream and supporting my art.

Work in progress . Watch us make a top.

A sacred new collection is slowly coming to life lovingly made by me, with gentle helping hands from the children at Ramana’s Garden Children’s Home. Each piece carries not only the spirit of nature, but also the warmth of community, care, and shared creation.

Every Angora top is hand-woven from hand-spun yarn and eco-printed with seasonal leaves and flowers gathered along the banks of the holy Ganga. Touched with blessed water and adorned with temple flowers, the garments hold a quiet spiritual energy a union of earth, river, and devotion.

Our Angora is ethically and cruelty-free, sourced from gently cared-for rabbits raised by women in the Himalayan villages of Uttarakhand. The yarn is spun by hand and woven on traditional wooden looms, preserving ancestral knowledge, patience, and prayer in every thread.

No chemicals. No waste. Only nature, intention, and slow craftsmanship.

Each piece is one-of-a-kind — soft as a cloud, pure as mountain air, and infused with the sacred spirit of the Himalayas.

Wear it as comfort, as ritual, as a connection to something timeless and as a story of many hearts woven together. 🌿

Available now.

Eco-printing is not just a technique — it’s a mindful, grounding experience that connects you back to nature and yourself.

If you’re in Rishikesh or Tapovan, come join one of our soulful eco-print workshops at Mandakini Magic. Create your own wearable art and experience the beauty of slow creation. 🌿
