THE FINAL MANIFESTO (OR CONTINUING ON THE ROAD)
My name is Martin, and for me, cycling isn't a "hobby." It’s how I breathe. My old bike is officially retired—it gave everything it had, but now it’s gone. Right now, I’m "pedestrian" with a professional ambition. I have goals, I want results, and I need to be back on the tarmac. Whatever it takes.
I’ve always lived with the belief that cycling is the ultimate democracy. No borders, no cultural barriers, no limits. I believed that on a bike, we are all equal.
I am currently looking for support to get back on a proper machine. I’m not looking for sympathy—I’m looking for a way to prove that even when your back is against the wall, you can still outwork anyone. I’ve built a platform ( https://best-carbon-cycle-china.netlify.app/ ) to share my recommendations on high-performance cycling parts(often carbon parts!) that actually work, without the "big brand" tax.Democracy in cycling, access for everybody!
But my experience over the last few months has been a bitter lesson. Despite the slogans and the flashy ads about "global community," I’ve learned that borders very much exist. But they aren't on a map—they are in people's heads. It’s a mass phenomenon of closed minds.
The East & The Innovation Boom:
I’ve reached out to different brands recently—mostly from the East—brands I truly respect for their massive progress and innovation boom in the last few years. Yes, from China....China is leading the charge right now, and the world is noticing.
The Result: ZERO. SILENCE. But so far? Silence. Zero support. No bike..not even one wheel or … one tyre ! Nothing.
It’s ironic.
But for me, it wasn’t just about the tech. That's why I looked east of the East, to a special country with a special people - Japan! It was the last bullet I was saving for last. Since I was a child watching "Seven Samurai", I’ve always aimed to follow the Japanese spirit—perfection, discipline, and honor - on the road and outside . That’s why I looked toward Japan and brand like , expecting that same legendary standard.
While the Chinese brands are dominating the market with fast-paced evolution, I wonder if Japan is ready to step up and reclaim the crown. Hey dear CCEEPO Bike, maybe it's time for Japan to show some real support and crush the competition again? Or is the 'East' now only synonymous with one country? No..I still believe in Japan! A cycling warrior in my person is ready for battle, feats and victory! In the future, I want to write less, but ride more, ride and ride more!
NEW CHAPTER. BEYOND BORDERS.
I’m writing this because spoken words fly away, but the written word stays. Even if no one reads this today, I know what I’ve promised myself. I must ride again. Harder than before.
I’m not done yet,hey,people,brands,CEOs,marketing Teams..you heard me?!
Thank you.
