Il 6 Novembre 1986 sono arrivato a Firenze.
Ero solo di passaggio, volevo raggiungere la Sicilia per passare l'inverno.
Il 2 Febbraio 1987 ho cominciato a lavorare nel Chiostro dei Morti della Basilica Santissima Annunziata come restauratore di pietra e marmo.
Sono passati 38 anni dal mio arrivo qui, ma in Sicilia non ci sono ancora stato.
