Nehir Kursun is an exclusive fashion designer for . She was accepted to Bachelor Degree(BA) for Fashion Design Department, Faculty of Fine Arts and Design, at IzmirUniversity of Economics as ranking first in class; and graduated as honour student from 2013. Synchronously her fashion design education, she did her double major for Psychology Department (BA) between 2010-2013 at Izmir University of E
conomics, Faculty of Arts and Sciences. Afterwards for university education, she started to work as an exclusive fashion designer as project-oriented. During this period, in 2014, she was accepted to "Design for the Fashion System" Master of Science program at Politecnico di Milano University with Gold Scholarship because of her previous achievements. Currently, while she is working as a freelance fashion designer, she completed her master degree graduation thesis that is related with representation of "Sustainable Fashion” by mainstream fashion media. Her areas of profession are on casual wear design, haute couture design, sports wear design, underwer design for women, and shoe and bag designs; whole steps of production and fabrication (creating pattern, cutting and sewing), and visual merchandising design. During her master degree education, "Bussiness Innovation in Fashion" and "Design Management Strategies in Fashion" became very important working areas for her carrier life. In addition to that, "innovation" and "sustainability" became one of the top point on her working path. Defining design as exclusive fashion, Nehir Kursun creates modern and timeless design, unique workmanship in details which refers to future fashion culture.
