Palorosa Project Palorosa creates a line of tote bags and home accessories. Each product is ethically handmade in Gua They also double as home and commercial spaces accessories.

Palorosa is a lifestyle brand that started with a series of tote bags inspired by Guatemala City and the country’s landscape. The project evolved from a desire to combine a contemporary aestethetics with handmade process, to rethink and repurpose utilitarian objects by using innovative colors and shapes. By working closely with local artisans we created a high quality line of tote bags and home ac

cessories. The result are objects handmade in Guatemala incorporating recycled plastic with a unique palette. The color combinations are subtle and spontaneous: they range from earthy tones to bold bright tones with soft and delicate accents. The series tote bag is the first of a collection of objects curated from distant places for everyday urban use. These versatile and extremely durable bags can be used in a variety of occasions. Palorosa was founded by Cecilia Pirani, an architect and design consultant, based in Milan and Guatemala City, who merged her experience in interior design and landscape architecture with her passion for object curation and design. The name Palorosa derives from the Tabebuia Rosea, also called 'Palo de rosa', a tree native to Central America, characterized by a gray wooden rose. Its simplicity and sophistication embodies our sensibility for materials and colors.

The past week windows featured The Living Documentary of Palorosa, a visual narrative and installation offering an intimate glimpse into the world of Palorosa 🍉🥭

Between Guatemala City and Milan, colors, textures, and research materials traced Palorosa’s creative journey. The pastel tones of the space echoed the architecture of Guatemala City, while bags and tropical fruit evoked the colors of Guatemalan markets, framing the preview of the new Quadretti Eucalyptus & Vanilla.

Thank you to everyone who visited us 💌 and to and for bringing this project to life.
