ANTI CRAKING BAG DEVICE DESCRIPTION

As you can see the problem is practically not dealt with by the market, but all divers complain that the problem exists, some solve it by hanging the suit by the feet, or keeping it folded on itself, but there is no doubt that THE PROBLEM REMAINS.
HAZARDS AND COSTS OF THE NECK CRACKING IN THE DRUGS
First of all, it must be said that the cracking of the necks is particularly subtle, as the crack can manifest itself in an initial state and the diver may not even pay special attention, wearing it and continuing his normal immersion, in any case even at great depth with cracking movement. it can be transformed into a cut, causing the flood to flood.

It follows that the diver must pay particular attention to the state of conservation of the neck of his dry suit and to the slightest doubt before diving to have it replaced.
Keeping the suit on crutches now on the market it is clear that, THE DURATION OF THE NECK WILL BE PARTICULARLY SHORT, with the device that will now be described you can certainly lengthen or even avoid the replacement of the neck, bringing it to a normal wear like the suit itself.
CLAIMS
1 °) there is no device on the market that addresses and eliminates the problems described above.
2 °) products currently on the market dedicated, are nothing more than normal reinforced and wider crutches.
3 °) products on the market do not adapt to the various cuts and morphologies of dry suits.
4 °) it follows that the products on the market dedicated to the storage of drysuits do not solve any specific problem of this' article, as of now exposed, indeed perhaps as seen from the attached photos make it worse.
INNOVATIONS
The following device solves the following problems in an innovative way:
BEYOND REPLACEMENT OF MUNICIPAL JUICES IN COMMERCIAL BANKS AND LITTLE TRANSPORTABLE
1 °) avoids the formation of folds during the period of deposit of the drysuit
2 °) adapts perfectly to all morphologies and shapes of the necks of dry suits.
3 °) very easy and very light to carry, therefore also suitable for long journeys on airplanes being also very light.
DESCRIPTION OF THE DEVICE DENOMINATED

BASIC PRINCIPLE
This is a sack of the form described in the attached drawing in thermo-heated plastic material with the maximum possible measurements of the neck area, taking into account a variability in the norm that we can define from the sizes: smoll - medium- large- extra large.
The form thus obtained will be contained within another of a much stiffer material such as reinforced nylon or cordura.

2 °) device: POSSIBILITY TO ADAPT THE FORM OF THE NECK OF THE EXTERNAL BAG TO ANY SIZE
As shown in the drawing the system of adaptability to the various sizes is as follows:
The part of the external bag relative to the neck, practically a truncated cone, will be cut and stackable and lockable in various sizes and morphologies through a "two strips of velcrom" which will ensure the most variable placement possible, when it will inflate into pressure the whole will take stiffness presenting the suit at rest as follows in the following photos.

As we can see the folds have disappeared ensuring a better conservation of the neck of the drysuit.
DEVICE PRESSURE INFLATION SYSTEM
In order to give rigidity to the whole device it must be inflated to a pressure that causes the inflating bag to press firmly with the external forming and more rigidity.
This operation will be very simple as the bag contains a few liters of air, will be equipped with a special non-return valve, applicable to the jacket or mouth whip, giving a small opening to the scuba tank will give body to the device in a moment with very little air.
Once you have to transport the device while traveling, just press the valve in the appropriate button to cause inflation and its reduction in very little space and folding in a special pocket.
The device will be provided at the bottom of a bag net where you can store talc or small accessories such as wax for the hinge.
HOOK INSERTION DEVICE FOR HANGING
It is a simple plastic or metal hook with a round plate of 5-6 cm. In diameter the hook passes through a hole of the same diameter at the top of the truncated cone, the plate remains firm between the inflated inner casing and the internal lining, avoiding glues or other complicated operations. On one side of the hook a plate can be placed, where the owner's name can be written with indelible marker.

From the experiences made in the realization phase, we have come to the conclusion that to reduce costs and obtain the same result, we can simplify the product in this way:
2 PVC sheets cut according to figure 1 and 2 electrically welded together, we obtain a three-dimensional inflatable bag which with the elastic yielding of the material takes the shape suitable for our purpose, in addition being the conical neck, fits any size and then you can make a single size.
In order to further contain the costs using colored PVC and of a suitable thickness, it will not be necessary to cover it in nylon, but it will be possible to screen directly the desired logo, or of the producer or divig that makes them dry between a dive and the other.
It should be noted that even in the exhibition phase at trade fairs or shops, both wet and dry suits will present themselves to the buyer much better, which currently sees them piled up and shrunk without being able to appreciate their quality and appearance.
