L’Organizzazione di Volontariato “Una Mole di Idee” è nata con lo scopo di promuovere eventi sociali, culturali che connettono le persone del territorio metropolitano torinese. Le sue finalità sono ispirate a principi di pari opportunità tra tutti gli esseri umani e nel rispetto dei diritti inviolabili della persona.
“Una Mole di Idee” is a voluntary association, founded with the aim to inform ab
out social and cultural events that connect people in the metropolitan area of Turin. It’s goals are inspired by the idea for equal opportunities among each human being and respecting the inviolable human rights. VALORI:

The five most important values the association follows are: Leading by example, Continuous improvement, Sharing, Diversity, Cooperation. Le attività dell’associazione includono l’organizzazione di eventi , che apportano valore alla community sia per quanto riguarda i momenti di talk: hanno permesso e permettono la condivisione di storie di eccellenza del territorio ma prevedono anche momenti di networking che permettono ai partecipanti di interagire con i relatori per approfondire i temi dei talks. Puntiamo a rendere i nostri eventi di forte impatto internazionale utilizzando la lingua inglese come mezzo di comunicazione principale creando esperienze a carattere universale sul nostro territorio locale. Our activities include TEDxCrocetta events, i which bring value to the community both as regards the moments of talk: they have allowed and allow sharing of excellence of the stories but also provide networking opportunities that allow participants to interact with the speakers to explore the themes of the talks. The main languges, in which we communicate is English, because we trully believe people need to have the opportunity freely to share information, experience and ideas. Our association members, supporters and partners are from different nationalities and being international is important both for us and the people that support us.
