The traditional fashion & bridal industry is obsessed with “sizing”—labels that tell you how you should fit into a garment. At House of Clay, we don't subscribe to that system.

Women should not have to fit into a dress; the dress should be built to celebrate the woman wearing it.
This is why we created the EVOLVE Philosophy.

For a long time, many of the gowns in the Debut collection lived quietly as sketches in my Procreate gallery — ideas captured in moments of inspiration, waiting for the right season to bring them to life.

As prom season approached this year, I realized that moment had arrived.

It was time to take the designs that had been living in my iPad sketchbook and allow them to fully step into the world.

To see them not just as ideas on a screen, but as gowns created for a very special season in a young woman’s life.

And so the Debut collection began to take shape.

From the beginning, I knew I didn’t want these dresses to feel like what you typically see in the prom market. I wanted them to feel more elevated — luxurious, intentional, and unmistakably House of Clay.

Designs that carry the same sense of elegance and individuality that defines everything we create.

Each gown in this collection was designed with that spirit in mind — to move beautifully, to feel unforgettable, and to mark a moment a young woman will remember long after the evening has passed.

Every piece will be made to order, and for this prom season only one of each design will be created per school. Because moments like this deserve something that feels entirely your own.

And as women, there are certain moments we never forget.

The first time we felt confident.
The first time we felt truly seen.
