今季開発する新素材においても、環境や動物への負荷を抑えたものへと移行し、製造過程で生じる廃棄物の削減や再資源化に注力しています。
会場では、衣服をより永く着続けるための修繕や染め直しの見本をご覧いただけます。受付も行いますので、ご希望の製品がございましたらぜひお持ちください。なお、買取については、ウェブサイト経由でのみ承っております。

Within the modern apparel industry, characterized by continuous oversupply, we operate while persistently questioning the very significance of creating clothing, in resistance to the current state where garments are treated as transient consumer goods. The objective is to realize clothing as a “daily tool”—items that maintain high value and can be used for an extended period through repeated mending.
Regarding the new materials developed for this season, a transition has been made toward substances that reduce the burden on the environment and animals. Furthermore, focus is being placed on the reduction of waste generated during the manufacturing process and the recycling of resources.
At the venue, samples of mending and re-dyeing, performed to ensure that garments may be worn for a longer duration, will be available for viewing. As consultations are also accepted, we invite you to bring any specific products you wish to discuss. Please be noted that the purchasing of pre-owned items is conducted exclusively through our website.
It is our hope that MITTAN garments are purchased only after careful consideration of whether they are truly necessary, based on the assumption that they will be worn by the purchaser themselves. Consequently, restrictions will be applied to purchases during the exhibition period. Resale, proxy purchasing, or any actions suspected of such behavior are strictly prohibited, as they contradict the fundamental philosophy of the brand.
