UPDATES & ANNOUNCEMENT 📢

To all clients with items from our DANCING DIAMOND FACTORY (factory with time sale prices), please expect delays on your shipments. Here are the possible shipping schedules for these items:

🇵🇭 Philippines — May 29 flight
🌍 International — May 25 (Monday)
🇯🇵 Japan — May 23 (Saturday)

For the rest of our miners without resize requests and without any remaining balance, I will do my best to include your items on the May 24 flight. For international miners, shipment will be on Thursday, and for Japan miners, tomorrow.

Please note that clients with remaining balances will NOT have their items shipped until full payment is settled. Kindly settle all invoices by tomorrow only.

I am truly exerting all my effort to ship your items as quickly as possible, so please understand if I cannot reply to all messages immediately because I am very busy sorting, packing, and preparing all your orders. 🙏📦

STORY TIME ✨♥️

I was inside a factory taking a video of the 10-carat tennis necklace that some clients wanted to pick up during the Kobe Fair. While I was filming, one sacho (boss) looked at the necklace and asked me, “It’s nice! Where did you buy it and how much?”

Of course, I proudly answered him and even explained the clarity of the necklace. 😌✨

But then he suddenly said, “No, that’s not VS-SI. For that price? Very far from the price of VS-SI. That’s false advertising.”

Mga Antih… I got nervous 😭🤣 But I still told him, “No, it really is VS-SI.”

Then he said, “Okay, give it to me. I will check.”

At that moment, while he was checking the diamonds, I was silently praying inside 😂🙏

After a few minutes, he looked at me and said…
“OH YAH… IT’S VS.” 🤣🤣🤣

I was SO happy for the 24 clients who purchased that necklace 💎😘 That sacho who gave all of you such a big discount is truly legit and trusted. Congratulations, miners! 🎉✨

Dear Kobe Miners,

I would like to kindly remind all clients who still have unpaid invoices that all items must be settled by tomorrow as requested by the factories.

Please note that the processing of certificates and ring resizing will take approximately 4–5 days. The longer the payment is delayed, the higher the possibility that we may not be able to ship your items on time.

At the moment, shipment schedules are still not yet confirmed since all factories are currently handling thousands of sold items during the event. We sincerely ask for your patience and understanding, and kindly request everyone not to rush their orders.

Rest assured that I will continue to update everyone regarding shipment schedules once your items are ready for dispatch.

As I will be away for a month, I am doing my best to ship all items before my flight. In line with this, I kindly ask everyone to settle their invoices as soon as possible.

Reminder lang po sa lahat ng miners, sana ma-settle agad ang payments once ma-invoice kayo kasi event items po ito, discounted price nyo nakuha lahat ng items bawal po sya patagalin sinabi ko na po yan sa inyo bago pa ko mag Kobe Fair.

Please wag niyo na po ako pahirapan, baka masundo niyo talaga ang pika ko😭 Kailangan ko rin po ma-ship lahat ng orders bago ako umuwi ng Philippines, habang nag papasaway kayo lalo po nadadagdagan trabaho ko☹️

✨ INTERNATIONAL JEWELRY KOBE REMINDERS FOR OUR MINERS ✨

1. Please note that we will only feature 1–2 suppliers per day during our LIVE sessions. We may not be able to go back to the same supplier the following day, so if you truly like an item, please make sure to reserve it immediately.

2. All miners are kindly requested to settle their invoices within 1–2 days after invoicing. Suppliers will only be in Kobe during the event, and we also need to settle all mined items on time.

3. Clients who fail to settle their invoices on time may have their reservations automatically cancelled.

4. Please expect possible price differences due to sudden fluctuations in the Japanese yen exchange rate.

5. Event items may experience shipment delays since suppliers are handling a high volume of sellers and resellers during the event. We sincerely ask for your patience and understanding regarding your orders.

6. Items during the event may come with special prices, super discounted deals, and limited-time sale offers. These items will require priority payment to secure your reserved pieces.

7. Unfortunately, this may be our last LIVE event for the month, as I will be taking a month-long vacation to the Philippines for my birthday 🎂🇵🇭
So if you are looking for specific items, please let us know in advance.
