Our President, Hani Debs, reflects on the momentum driving Debs forward—and the future of the textile industry.
From ¥3.5B in 2020 to ¥18.5B in 2025, our growth has been both rapid and intentional. Strong demand across North America, recovery in Europe, and expansion in the Middle East continue to shape our global footprint, while new materials and product innovation drive continued success.
Looking ahead, our focus is not only growth, but transformation. We believe textiles—while rooted in tradition—have the potential to evolve through new perspectives, innovation, and the next generation of talent.
As an industry, we must become more open, more dynamic, and more relevant. Our role is to help lead that shift—building a business that attracts new ideas, supports production, and redefines what textiles can be today.
At the same time, we are strengthening our presence in Japan through strategic partnerships, advanced printing technologies, and our upcoming exhibition at Tokyo Textile Scope.
The opportunity ahead is clear: to make textiles not only essential—but compelling, progressive, and deeply connected to the world we live in.
