🍼 It’s been almost a year since my last post. Moving back and getting stationed again in the very place where my hubby and I first met was such a beautiful surprise for both of us. And with it came an unexpected blessing.
Many of you know that Josh and I have been praying and trying to have a baby for several years. There were times I almost lost hope—but I held on to God’s promise, the one He gave me two years after Josh and I got married, that I am going to be “a joyous mother.”
It didn’t happen right away, and in my desperation, I revisited that promise and opened His Word again last year. That’s when I realized that being a joyous mother was only half of the promise. The full verse says: “He gives the barren woman a home, making her the joyous mother of children.” (Psalm 113:9)
And then—it happened. Baby came, right here in the exact same place where I met his dad. 💕 Even before I knew he was a boy, I already knew his name, because God spoke it to me three years ago through His Word in 1 Samuel 20 after a dream I had about a baby. His name means: “I have asked for him from the Lord.”
On another note, I’ll be sharing some handmade creations again soon, though not as often as before—because taking care of baby is now my greatest and most precious priority.
I’ve missed you all, and thank you so much for sticking around while I’ve been away! 💖 And as I always say: “Do ALL things with LOVE!” ✨
