Artisan Fashion Artisan.Fashion is a social enterprise connecting Africa’s artisans to esteemed luxury brands all over the world.

We create and produce beautiful accessories of social significance with some of the most recognised luxury fashion houses such as; Vivienne Westwood, Stella McCartney, sass & bide,Chan Luu and Karen Walker. We are the first African production company to successfully combine artisan creativity and production capability with a careful consideration for traceable social impact.

2016 marks our ninth

year of production in Kenya. Today, we engage over 1,000 African artisans to create, produce and deliver over 100,000 bags and accessories per year.

For our second season with Liffner, we’re proud to continue a partnership built on a shared appreciation for craftsmanship, timeless design, and the women behind every piece.

This collection brings together Liffner’s Scandinavian vision of quiet luxury with the extraordinary weaving traditions of Kitui, Kenya, where approximately 200 women across eight artisan communities handcrafted each basket.

Together, we celebrate the beauty of slow, intentional creation and the power of investing in women, preserving traditional craft, and building partnerships that endure.

We’re honoured to continue this journey with Liffner and to promote female leadership, creativity and entrepreneurship across continents.
