I never realized how much fabric I'd accumulated over the years for previous projects. Instead of buying some new clothes for the fall and winter, it looks like I'll be making my own.

I'd never thought I'd say this, but I'm relieved that I didn't have any sales on Etsy this week. Even though I'm in the process of adding my store to another marketplace platform, I still have some merch on Etsy. Initially, I was going to stay and have my products available though other platforms, but this further confirms my gut feeling to leave all together.

One affected Etsy seller said the deposits delay would have a “catastrophic” effect on his business.

Went to to buy some foam core boards and muslin and to look for some fabric to make a gown for a wedding I'm attending and.... walked out with a bolt of this lovely brocade fabric I ain't even intend to buy. Y'all know I love a good brocade. I bought all of what they had in stock. I have zero self control when I go there, Michael's, and Hobby Lobby.... smh
