Honored to have joined a distinguished panel on Transforming International Development Cooperation: Markets, Interests and Partnerships in a Changing Global Order alongside some of the leaders shaping Kenya's future.
Sharing the stage with Hon Musalia W Mudavadi H.E. Musalia Mudavadi, Prime Cabinet Secretary and Cabinet Secretary for Foreign and Diaspora Affairs, and engaging in dialogue moderated by the remarkable Victoria Rubadiri, was a powerful reminder that development is most effective when entrepreneurs, governments, and institutions work together.
As I spoke about the role of entrepreneurship in international development, one message resonated strongly: sustainable development happens when we invest in people who create jobs, build businesses, and solve real problems in their communities.
The energy in the room was incredible. The engagement, applause, and conversations that followed reinforced my belief that entrepreneurs have an important seat at the table when discussing the future of development cooperation.
