Where art doesn’t just speak, it tastes.

Last week at , we experienced The Art of Connection; a beautiful fusion of visual art and gastronomy beautifully curated by and . Each artwork was translated into a culinary expression, turning creativity into flavor and storytelling into taste.

It was a reminder that art connects us beyond sight. Through emotion, memory, conversation, and even the palate. A true celebration of shared experiences, collaboration, and the many ways we interpret beauty.

Leftover fabrics, reimagined. ♻️✨

What some call scraps, we call stories waiting to be worn.
These pieces were created from leftover fabrics (leather offcuts from bags and footwear creatives, sisal that's usually in our homes, denim trousers that don't have 9 lives until we touch them 😝) carefully composed, thoughtfully cut, and intentionally designed to reduce waste without losing soul.

At Afabri Designs, sustainability isn’t a trend.
It’s a quiet rebellion. A love letter to craft, culture, and conscious creation.

Wrapping up January and gearing up for Feb has never been this engaging 🤗🤗 Pioneers and emerging voices met in honesty, memory, and possibility.

One lesson stayed with me: we don’t create in isolation, rather we inherit stories, skills, and responsibility and our work is to carry them forward with intention.

At this is the heart of what we do; honouring where we come from while designing boldly for where we’re headed. Stitch by stitch, story by story. ✨

One week later, still grateful.

Nine days at Creative DNA reminded me that fashion is more than garments; it’s identity, story, and intention.

It was an amazing time to have collaborated with , with amazing and sustainable footwear, once again on the 2nd Edition of the cultural Sundowner, an annual event that celebrates Fashion, music and this time Visual art by the beautiful
