Lensmate – Kandy Branch
Lensmate is expanding and we’re looking for a driven Business Development Manager to grow our Kandy branch.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Kandy region
- Build and maintain relationships with optical shops, hospitals, and corporate clients
- Achieve monthly sales targets and report on market trends
- Promote Lensmate products/services through field visits and presentations
- Coordinate with the marketing team on campaigns and customer feedback
Required Qualifications
- G.C.E. A/L with 3 passes
- Age: 25 – 35 years
- Minimum 1 year experience in marketing, sales, or business development
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills in Sinhala & English
- Self-motivated, target-driven
