No two designs are the same!

100% female owned and operated, we make our co-workers feel empowered by contributing to our business's success. And we want to bring her into the limelight with our creations! At Neelo Elegance, we bring to life unique, custom designed and hand-crafted sarees, ladieswear and accessories to please ladies that are in search for apparel with a soul. All our apparel are

unique creations, which means that each garment under our label is "one-and-only", never to repeat! As a brand with a strong moral conscience, we ensure that Neelo Elegance garments and accessories are friendly on the planet and the community we operate in, by strongly adhering to the following principles / values.

1. Majority of the clothes and accessories for our garments are sourced from pre-consumer garment industry (off-cuts). These up-cycled materials ensures that they are used in an environmentally friendly, economically viable product, rather than letting go a landfill / being burned. Our small, sustainable effort eliminates the need to manufacture and transport new clothes and accessories for our requirement, at least by a little bit, which we believe make a big difference!

2. Power to the Ladies! - As a 100% female owned-and-operated business, we take great pride in giving opportunity to the ladies to utilize their talents and contribute towards creating fine items of clothing. We believe this initiative helps them to realize their potential, improve self esteem, confidence and work towards becoming more financially independent.

3. Operating as a home-based business, we have created a system where work such as sewing and finishing to be done at our co-workers' homes. We make sure to pay them for their efforts at a rate higher than the prevailing industry rates, in order to recognize and appreciate their effort. Since many of the co-workers are home-makers, this method helps them immensely to balance work commitments with their household duties, giving an opportunity for them to create a source of income to support their household expenditure.

4. Intended to be worn on many occasions, our garments and accessories are created with product longevity and sustainability in mind. Should the garments or accessories need free alterations or adjustments, we are delighted to carry them out, entirely free of charge!

5. Last but certainly not least, we don't want you to break the bank to own the stuff made by us! Our products shall always be reasonably priced, to reflect the cost of the materials and craftsmanship, so that you know the true worth of the item you shall be investing in. Neelo Elegance, a brand with a soul...!
