We know many of you have been waiting patiently for your orders, and the delay is not what we promised you when you chose to support *Own Your Day*. You deserve better, and we take full responsibility for letting you down.
The past few weeks have been really tough for us behind the scenes. We’ve been dealing with some personal issues that we didn’t expect, and it slowed everything down. We didn’t want to make excuses, because you shouldn’t have to carry our burdens. But we also didn’t want to stay silent and leave you wondering. You deserve the truth and the respect of an explanation.
Please know this: we have NOT stopped working. We’ve actually been working behind closed doors, late nights and early mornings, to make sure that when your order does reach you, it’s worth the wait. We’re putting extra care into every piece, double-checking every detail, and making sure the quality, packaging, and experience all reflect what *Own Your Day* stands for — confidence, excellence, and owning every part of your day.
You trusted us with your money, your time, and your support. That means everything to us. We are a small brand, but we have big dreams, and you are the reason we get to keep building. We hate that our personal struggles spilled over into your experience with us.
