We're renovating the Historic Jennings Building to bring a restaurant, boutiques and retail to Downtown Brooksville. Inquire about rental availabilities.

The next phase of our renovation is complete. Excited to have be part of our transformation. Check them out. This portion of the building went from water leaks to a complete overhaul preserving the the original floors as well as rehabbing the original brick walls. New floor trusses were also added to support the weight upstairs for our next phase of the buildout featuring a speakeasy and tasting room.
