Hello and welcome from Linn Yoga Studio 👋✨

For those who are new and for those who already know me, I would love to take a moment to introduce myself.

My name is Linn Latt Latt Htun, a certified Yoga Instructor and founder of Linn Yoga Studio.

I completed my 300 Hours Yoga Teacher Training Course (YTTC) in Rishikesh, India, the birthplace of yoga, at Anuttara Yogashala Rishikesh.
Currently, I am working as a yoga instructor in Mawlamyine, Mon State, offering both in-person and private online classes.

Yoga is a holistic practice that connects the mind, body, and soul. Through mindful movement and breath, yoga supports both mental clarity and physical well-being, helping practitioners find balance, strength, and inner calm.
