1. Project Manager
📌 Key Responsibilities
• Plan, manage, and oversee multiple web development projects simultaneously.
• Gather and analyze client requirements, and prepare project scopes and timelines.
• Coordinate with developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and other team members throughout the project lifecycle.
• Create project schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage project risks, issues, and change requests effectively.
• Communicate project updates, milestones, and potential risks to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct project meetings, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.
• Ensure project quality standards are met before delivery.
• Track project budgets, resources, and timelines.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates.
• Support pre-sales activities by providing technical coordination and project estimations when required.
• Continuously improve project management processes and team collaboration.
📌 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing web development or software development projects.
• Strong understanding of website development, web applications, and software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Experience managing projects using Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
• Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, React, Node.js, WordPress, or similar technologies.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

2. Business Analyst (Focused PM)
📌 Responsibilities
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to define project requirements and objectives.
• Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and system functionalities.
• Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and Use Cases.
• Design and document business process flows, system workflows, and data flow diagrams.
• Work closely with developers to ensure clear understanding and implementation of requirements.
• Maintain clear and structured communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Continuously monitor business processes, systems, and data to ensure they are functioning optimally.
• Identify gaps or inefficiencies in the monitoring process and recommend improvements.
📌 Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/software projects.
• Proficiency in business process modeling and documentation standards.
• Experience in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Proficiency in process modeling, data analysis, and workflow optimization.

📌 Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable backend solutions using Node.js & React Native.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

• Implement Unit Tests to ensure the quality and reliability of the codebase.
• Optimize application performance and scalability.

📌 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in Full Stack development using Node.js.

4. QA Engineer
📌 Responsibilities
• Testing websites for usability and reporting bugs or usability issues to developers.

• Recording videos of sessions while browsing websites to help identify problems with navigation or user experience.
• Recording data on session length, page views, click rates, and other metrics to track website performance over time.
• Testing new features before they are released to the public to ensure they meet design specifications.
• Exploring new websites to find out what they offer and how they work.
• Reporting any security risks or website errors to the appropriate department for resolution.
• Providing feedback about design elements such as color schemes and layout choices to improve the sites aesthetics.
📌 Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in website testing, quality assurance, or software development.
• Solid understanding of the software development process and various testing methodologies.
• Experience with automated testing tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

5. UI/UX Designer
📌 Responsibilities
• Leverage AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to streamline UI/UX design workflows and enhance productivity.
• Accelerate design and development iterations through AI-assisted processes and rapid prototyping.
• Design, implement and manage e-commerce websites page layout and templates.
• Design the User Experience of different software platforms and apps.
• Produce design assets for use in social media and marketing channels.
• Maintain the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards.
• Maintaining existing app UI to match with new layout updates.
• Perform projects and duties as assigned.
• Facilitate great design results by cultivating and maintaining positive client and team relationships.
• Perform as point of contact on projects for clients, vendors, and teams.
• Support web development team in Graphic Support.
📌 Requirements
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role (3-5 years preferred).
• Strong User Experience (UX) Design and Research.
• Strong type & layout design, typography, color theory, conceptual and executional skills.

6. Project Coordinator
📌 Responsibilities
• Help to develop project plans, schedules, and timelines.
• Participate in project meetings and coordinate with various team members and departments to ensure tasks are completed according to plan.
• Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.
• Monitor project progress, ensure milestones are met, and adjust schedules when necessary.
• Serve as a point of contact for stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and vendors.
• Ensure that necessary resources (people, tools, budget) are allocated appropriately and available when needed.
• Provide consulting services to customers for both pre-sales and after-sales.
• Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
