Q 2. How do I make payment? A: If you are from Singapore, you can do bank transfer to POSB, Citi Bank or OCBC bank. We will advice you of the account no. upon receipt of yo
ur order. If you are from Myanmar, you can make payment at our office in Yangon upon confirming the order. If you are regular customer, you can pay upon the delivery of order. When will I get my order? A: Delivery to Singapore address (any MRT station between ANG MO KIO and CITYHALL) will be in 2 weeks upon order confirmation and 3 weeks if the delivery is to Myanmar. Where can I collect my orders in Myanmar? A: You can collect either in our office at Sakura tower or at Mya Street (GoodaLitt) after we call to you for collection. We do free of charge home delivery for orders 4 items and above. How much is the shipping charges? A: Collecting your order in Singapore is free of charge. If you want us to deliver your order, we help to send by SingPost at 1.5S$ per item. Delivery charges for Myanmar is 3S$ per item and 1S$ for any additional dresses. Bags are charged 5S$ each. Q 5. How do I make sure I order the exact fit size of dresses or shoes? A: We publish all the available measurements in the photos and 80% of our dresses are Free sizes that are designed to be able to adjust easily if needed. Q 6. How do I cancel my order? A: Since we don't want to delay your order, we forward your order to our supplier as soon as we receive. Hence we are not able to cancel the order. Q 7. What is the origin of Zin Yaw Clothings products? A: Unless otherwise stated, all our products are from Hong Kong, Taiwan and China. Q 8.What is the Quality of your dresses ? A: We check the quality of our suppliers item for defect before we deliver to customers. 95% of dresses will be exactly the same with picture and are of good quality. 5% may not be exactly the same with the picture due to lighting or camera. Albums start with Premium are all of excellent quality material, Other albums are good Zin Yaw quality items. Q 9. I want some dress or blouse, can you help to look for it? A: Yes, we can help.
