Our terms and conditions:

1. Please email us with details of the items and sizes that you wish to or

der including your name, address and contact no by emailing to [email protected] or calling me at +6012 311 6545

3. Payment modes are as follows:
For Malaysian customers:
- Maybank transfer
- Major credit cards via Paypal (card surcharge applies)
- Paypal credits (surcharge applies)

For Customers outside of Malaysia,
- you may perform a TT to Maybank (bank charges apply)
- Credit card via Paypal (card surcharge applies)
- Western Union
- Paypal credits (surcharge applies)

4. Once you have finalized the order we will inform you the bank account no and also the courier fees if applicable.

5. For items that allow reservation, please be informed that reservations will be cancelled if payment is not received within 3 working days for local orders and 5 working days for international orders.

6. We will send out the items ordered once full payment is received (for ready stock). For items requiring stitching, we will inform you on the estimated time for shipping out.

7. Tracking numbers will be given to customers once we send out the shipment.

8. Generally, made to order/custom stitched items are NON-RETURNABLE. Please contact us for return/exchange procedures as each order and item has different policies. Return and exchange shipping charges to be borne by customers.

9. All items will be properly packed for delivery. We will NOT be responsible for items lost during transit.

10. Actual colours may appear different from the display on screen due to photography lighting and conversion into computer screen colour.
