1)_ Prices stated are fixed and non-negotiable.
2) Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) of each preorder/ backorder item is merely for reference purpose , the actual stock might be differed subject to the unforeseeable circumstances such as shipment delayed, lack of substantial stock by the manufacturer and etc. Cancellation or refund request under these circumstances will be rejected unless the order unable to be fulfilled by One miles due to uncontrollable situation.
3) In any event if the preorder/ backorder items due to lack of fabric, insufficient stocks arrived etc. Full amount will be refunded .
4) Pre-order items are manufactured by batches, there might be slightly different in the color. Discrepancy in terms of color and measurement should not be regarded as wrong item received, buyer will be fully responsible for the aforesaid risk. No exchange or return is allowed in this case.
5) Buyers are required to ensure the selection of variations, size and colors are correct before checking out. One miles should not be held liable in the event if wrong colors/ sizes are selected, or if duplicate orders are placed.
6) Buyer will be informed if the order is pre-order. At such , if buyer proceed to make the order , buyer shall be presumed as agreed to the pre-order term.
7) Price stated on the website , social media platform is final, if there is any promotion or event for discount, we will be posting on the aforementioned platform and sufficient notice will be given to the buyers. *We reserve the right to amend the price of any product at any time without given any reason or prior notice.*
8) One miles will do the best to provide accurate and updated information in the product description . However, we do not rule out the possibilities where the use of photographic images may defer from the actual product itself . We do not warrant that product description or other content on the website are absolutely accurate or error free.
9) For lace items or any others material that will deteriorate in its nature should not be regarded as defective.
10) For printed items, kindly be informed that placement of prints may vary in terms of symmetry/ alignment/ slight color patches for every piece due to cut of fabric. Request for exchange/ refund will not be accepted.
11) Products might vary slightly from the pictures due to lighting conditions, variances in computer screen calibration and different tech device specifications. We do not guarantee that each monitor’s evaluation of product color will be accurately reflecting the product. Request for exchange/ refund will not be accepted.
12) The prices of the items shown on the website or any aforementioned platform does not include charges for postage/ delivery fee. Delivery and Shipping charges will be added to the total checkout price.
13) Once the tracking number generated is emailed/by any manners sent to you and/ or updated to our website system, the risk / the burden shall be passed to the third party logistic services. One miles shall not be held liable for the lost of parcel/ damage due to the sender conduct if proof of postage can be provided. Any claim will have to be made against the third party logistic service providers and we will make reasonable effort to assist in compensation claims (if any).
14) We reserved the absolute discretion to accept or refuse to accept any orders from the buyer depending on the situation. Rejection will generally be based on : stock availability , unexpected frustration, act of God.
15) One miles should not be held liable for the delay or damage caused to the goods due to act of God or frustration event.
16) For all international orders, any duty fees or taxes imposed by the authority or government shall be borne by the purchaser once it reaches the destination country (if any).
17) Cost for re-delivery or bounce back parcel shall be borne by the purchaser. Any uncollected parcel will be held on behalf for maximum of 30 days. After the grace period , the parcel will be disposed off or forfeited with no condition.

*1) Return, Refund or Exchange Policy*
Every sales are conclusive , no return , refund or exchange of product will be allowed after purchase was made. Change of mind is *strictly not accepted.* Buyer should read the description of the product carefully or reach out to us for further clarification before making order. You may contact us via messenger , comment or IG direct message. Exception: Return/Refund due to Defective, Incomplete or Wrong item. NOTICE OF DEFECT/RETURN:
Scenario as stated below should not be regarded as defect/damaged item:
• Slightly off-line or crochet
• Washed (off, fade, shrink and other issues)
• Minor imperfection , Stain below 2cm (slight dotted stains/ tiny thread hole/ loose thread)
• Malicious imposing of force / vandalism
• Button seal or pocket seal not opened
Refund or Return request has to be raise within 3 days upon receiving the product. Evidence such as Clear Picture or Video showing the defects has to be provided for raising such request. We do not responsible for any delay, accident or any misconduct caused by third party logistic services. A written authorization from “One miles” will be issued if return or refund request was found to be bona fide , reasonable and valid. Any return made without authorization and out of our notice will not be entertained. This is to prevent mala fide(malicious) purchaser. Once return refund is agreed, goods shall be return within 7 days upon agreement.
*2) Shipping and Delivery Policy*
-Ready stocks / orders will normally be shipped out within 1-3 working days ( Excluding Weekends and Public Holidays) once payment is verified.
-Pre-order Item will be shipped out as soon as we received the item from the manufacturer. Owing the the outbreak of pandemic , kindly expect a 3-4 weeks period for pre-order item to reach our storage before we may proceed with the next course of action.
-Postage charges will be incurred depending on each delivery.
-If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, especially during peak season, kindly expect shipment delayed depending on the situation. Worry not , we will try our best to work on your orders and leave the rest to the third party logistics.
