Shalini, Founder of Sai Veda Confinement Care.

As a mother of two wonderful boys and now at the age of 44, I understand firsthand the physical, emotional, and nutritional needs of mothers during the postpartum period. My own motherhood journey taught me the importance of proper care, nourishment, rest, and support after childbirth.

Since 2019, I have been passionate about learning and sharing traditional Indian confinement practices that help mothers recover with strength, confidence, and peace of mind. This passion led me to establish Sai Veda Confinement Care, a brand dedicated to supporting mothers through their postnatal journey with compassion and care.

At Sai Veda Confinement Care, we believe that every mother deserves to be cared for, nourished, and supported as she welcomes her newborn into the world. Our goal is to provide traditional Indian confinement meals, wellness support, and mother-and-baby care services that honour our cultural heritage while meeting the needs of modern families.
