炸虾姑肉
Fried & Keep Mantis Shrimp
材料Ingredients :
虾姑肉 - 1包 / 1 Pack Mantis Shrimp
鸡蛋 - 少许 / Some Egg
吉士粉 - 1汤匙 / Half Tbsp Custard Powder
淘师傅脆脆粉 - 适量 / Some Taosifu Multi Purpose Crispy Flour
步骤 Method:
1. 把鸡蛋和吉士粉混合均匀后加入虾姑肉搅拌均匀,再沾上脆脆粉待用。
Mix the egg and custard powder together, add the mantis shrimps inside and stir evenly. Coat the mantis shrimps with crispy flour.
2. 先预热油锅,把虾姑肉放入锅中炸至酥脆即可。
Heat up a pot of oil, add the mantis shrimps inside and fry until crispy.
