Lauro Maurício Munguambe Mozambican Artist and Entrepreneur with the pseudonym of professional connotation Lauro Munguambe. He soon realized that his place was outside the box, it was in the suburbs of Matola-Mocambique, in 2012 he began to explore various languages in the field of arts and in this period he learned several techniques such as Design, Photography and Fashion. With these tools, he
aroused his interest in Fashion Design and Graphic Design, having founded his clothing brand “TRILLMOZ”, which in the period of 8 years created 8 different collections, and editorials in addition to having participated in individual fashion shows and a national fashion show. Thanks to his dynamism, he explored digital arts through graphic design and illustration. Having matured in these fields through small self-didactic research and participation in workshops and recently in the MasterClass of Digital Design at the “Maputo Fast Forward” Festival. He prepared a virtual exhibition entitled ”Covid-Makonde” which with this exhibition participated in an international forum prepared by UNILAB (University of International Integration of Afro-Brazilian Lusophony) with the theme Arts in Mozambique. He founded the creative studio “Mafura.Studio” which has created several advertising concepts for small and medium-sized companies through graphic works. In the field of visual arts, he created the virtual magazine “LeCandy” where he addresses topics related to fashion and LGBT culture. It is in amateur photography that he created his artistic name as a photographer and later participated in the photography workshop at "MOZART" (ministry of youth and sports - youth craft center), and having acquired a degree in photography and exhibited his first photographic works. in a group exhibition “Photographs that tell History”. Since then he has tended to photograph professionally in various fields.
