there 3 most important equipment you need to have
1) Scale
Used to weigh all your ingredients accurately (like caustic soda, STPP, sulphonic acid, soda ash, etc.).
Ensures your formula is correct so the soap comes out with the right thickness, foam, and cleaning power.
Prevents mistakes that can make soap too harsh or too weak.
2) Measuring Jug
Used to measure liquid ingredients (like water, texapon, perfume, color, and preservatives).
Helps you get the exact volume you need for your formulation.
Makes mixing easier because you can clearly see measurements on the jug.
3) pH Tester
Used to check the acidity or alkalinity of your soap.
Ensures your soap is at a safe pH level (usually between 7–9 for liquid soap).
Helps you identify if your soap is too harsh or too mild, so you can adjust it before selling.
