One of the harderst job as a woman 😔most especially in Nigeria is to plan a meal three times daily , for a 365 days .That thing can stress me like crazy 😳, this was the situation i was ,when my eyes stumbled on the bunch of pepper 🌶, i abandoned in a black polythene . I then decided to wash and blend it , so I can store them properly , i was still on the pepper when some of its entered my eyes 👀. At that moment i was angry , then i asked myself what is the benefits of pepper to humans self ..... after my research , i was amaze at what i found 👌
