Dear Road Side Tailors
You must not own a fashion academy/ school before you set standard or policy as a road side Tailor.
I visited a friend and met a hitted dispute between she and an intending student
Intending Student paid 50k to learn tailoring, 5 days later, the student called that she's no longer interested and want a refund
My friend said she has used the cash and no refund.
The intending student said she must refund her the cash since she's no longer learning
It was so intense that it involved both husbands and more person to settle them.
Husband of the student n other persons asked if their was any agreement or written documents to show that their was no refund after payment?
To cut the long story short... She paid part payment of 25k n promise to pay later.
I asked her if their was no student form or agreement form for all student to sign?
She said no.
Its her fault to an extent for not having and policies guiding her shop
Well, I know most of us are in this shoe and we should all learn
You must not own a fashion academy before you set policies and structure.
Here is a hand written paper form I made that you can use.. Take it to any computer center and edit, type and print.
Make sure you give to all your intending students.
