My neighbor at the shop just complained to me now that her 400k just disappeared (debated) from her account since last week, she rushed to the bank to lay a complain but she was told no network. But to revisit last Friday which was Independent day.

Pls what other measure can she take to recover the money . Any idea on any agency/company that can help do that.
Can FCCPC help on this matter?
