You can imagine when someone doesn’t even understand tape reading 😀 or how to pedal the machine.

Yet, with time, you start seeing their progress — they pick up the lessons, understand everything you teach, and even proudly share their work with their friends 💃.

Let me take you back to the first dress I ever created… It wasn’t perfect. In fact, the stitches weren’t straight, the fabric was cheap, and I wasn’t even sure if it would hold together. But you know what? That dress taught me more than any book could.

It taught me to trust my hands. To believe in the process. To keep going.

Today, my pieces look nothing like that first dress—but I carry its lesson with me every time I design.
