Dear Speedaf Nigeria,
Today makes it one month and eight days since I registered a parcel for delivery to Lagos. The parcel contains a laptop and its charger, and the tracking number is NG021000787861.
Unfortunately, the receiver did not receive the parcel. After several attempts to contact the Abuja office, I was informed that the parcel had been returned to Abuja because the receiver did not answer their calls despite several attempts to reach them.
I was then asked to provide another active contact number so the parcel could be sent back to Lagos. I immediately provided the contact and also requested that the parcel be rerouted to Enugu, as instructed by my receiver.
It has now been over two weeks since then, and my receiver has still not received the laptop. I have tried calling and sending messages to the Abuja office several times to inquire about the delay, but I have not received any response.
Please, if delivery is no longer possible, I kindly request that the parcel be returned to me as soon as possible.
