Office Manager/ Personal Assistant to the Managing Director
DOOZIEJUNE is a fast growing fashion and interior design business located in the city of Abuja.
We are looking for a competent office manager and personal assistant who will be responsible for general office administration and staff supervision as well as assisting the Managing Director with responsibilities such as driving sales, developing market strategies, implementing marketing plans, developing sales strategies and interfacing with customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Supervise other staff and production processes
2. Market our fashion and interior design products and services
3. Interface with customers.
4. Take orders and ensure prompt delivery
5. Represent the Managing Director at meetings and presentations where she might not be available
6. Manage company's social media platforms & online marketing.
7. Perform other functions as assigned by the management.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor's Degree in business management or any related field.
2. Minimum of 1 year work experience post NYSC
3. Digital & Tech Savvy.
4. Good negotiation skills
5. Sound interpersonal skills.
6. Effective communication skills with a very good command of English language
7. Passionate about sales and marketing.
8. Graphic design and photo editing skills will be an added advantage
9. Ability to work unsupervised
