Not every money is good for you and not every customer is for you…
A little back story , I remembered when I rented my space in 2022 . Something happened to me during Christmas period that can not forget, there is a male tailor that referred a customer to me, it was an urgent work.. but when I got the call , one voice said to me reject this Job but I didn’t listen because at that point , I newly opened and still looking for customers…
I accepted the Job and proceeded, when we finished making these dress hmmm it turned into a big issue because the came and condemned the outfit hmm Omo I was frustrated no time to correct it , her flight was tomorrow morning and it happened a night before the morning she was supposed to travel, towards the process of correcting the mistake my machine broke down and I only had one machine at a time hmmmm at that point hot tears started rolling down my cheek as I pray to God to help me pass through this temptation, I prayed like never before ..
Long story cut I had to rush to another tailor shop and complete the dress with his machine and thank God when she came she finally accepted the dress and her hubby too.. But my remaining balance she didn’t pay it but at that point I wasn’t even concern about it as I want everything to end well so I can rest and finally it happened thank God,
I ended up be stressed, frustrated, losing money both balance and repairing machine😂….Thank God i can 😂 about It now…
* Lesson learnt
* Always listen to yourself , dont be in a hurry to take that Job.
* pray very well before u back on every new project , prayer is the key..
* Don’t cut or sew when you are tired, Leave it..
* stop accepting urgent Job when u don’t have hands to help you…
