Re: RECALLING SOME OF OUR PRODUCTS PRODUCED WITHIN DECEMBER PERIOD OF 2023
It's with regret and every sense of responsibility that we wish to call back a particular batch of our male moccasin product produced within the 2023 December period. Our market Research and Product Evaluation shows that there is a bonding/gumming error in the production process and this leads to poor bonding in some of the products. Though we don't need to shift blame, this error occurred mostly because we used another brand of bond for the production process which was different from the ones we used when it got scarce in the market, and consequently, the substitution didn't adhere to our gumming techniques.
Therefore, if you bought our male moccasin product(s) produced within December 2023 or you know anyone who bought from us within that period, kindly return the product if you noticed bonding issues for immediate replacement.
We also want to use this opportunity to remind our esteemed customers that we have RETURN-POLICY. Once you buy our products but notice any error; bad bonding, incorrect size, leather peeling, or bad strap alignment, just return immediately for replacement. Our products still maintain a GUARANTEE/ WARRANTY policy. If you buy our product and it spoils within six months of buying it due to leather quality or bonding, please return it.
