Dear Woman, You Are Not Weak. You’re Just Tired.
Tired of always being strong.
Tired of holding everything together.
Tired of smiling when your heart is heavy.
Tired of being the “backbone” while nobody checks on you.
Society celebrates strong women,
but never asks how much it costs to be one.
You’re expected to:
Build a career
Raise a family
Heal from trauma
Stay beautiful
Be soft but not weak
Be ambitious but not intimidating
Be silent but always understanding
And if you break down?
They call you emotional.
What they don’t see is the woman who cries in the bathroom and wipes her face before stepping out.
The woman who pours into everyone else while running on empty.
The woman who keeps going because stopping isn’t an option.
Let’s be honest.
Women don’t give up because they’re weak.
They give up because they’ve been carrying too much alone for too long.
You were never meant to do life without rest.
You were never meant to earn love through sacrifice.
You were never meant to shrink to make others comfortable.
Dear woman, it’s okay to:
Choose yourself without guilt
Walk away from disrespect
Say no without explaining
Rest without apologizing
Start over at any age
Your worth is not tied to how much pain you can endure.
Strength is not suffering in silence.
Strength is choosing peace.
Strength is setting boundaries.
Strength is walking away from what drains you.
And if today all you did was survive?
That is enough.
You are not behind.
You are not broken.
You are becoming.
To every woman reading this:
Your softness is not a weakness.
Your emotions are not a flaw.
Your journey is valid.
If this spoke to you, like, comment, and share so another woman knows she’s not alone.
I see you Sist 😘
