In pregnancy, it usually appears as nausea and vomiting of pregnancy (NVP), commonly called morning sickness.

✅Nausea with or without vomiting that occurs mainly in early pregnancy

✅Most common in the first trimester (4–12 weeks)

✅Often improves by 14–16 weeks, though some women have symptoms longer
