Today, Monday, February 16, 2026, FIFA ruled in favour of Nigeria as investigation revealed that DR Congo fielded players who were not eligible.

But inwardly, she has given you a time frame to secure a job and take over your responsibilities. If you are lucky to secure a job within the time frame she gave you, you will think that you have married an Angel who supported you when you lost your job. Victor Osimhen is likely to lead the super eagles as an acting captain tomorrow against Dr. Congo 2026 World Cup qualifying play off final.

The teams leader (Williams Troost-Ekong) has find it difficult to regain his position in the teams 1st eleven after his expensive mistake own goal cost Nigeria to draw against South Africa.

The teams vice captain (wilfred onyinye Ndidi) has been active and consistence both club side and national team, ndidi was also the deputy captain of his former club (Leicester City) b4 he left and recently named as his current club vice captain (Besiktas). But the 9ja most midfielder is likely to miss the next match against Dr. Congo after several bookings.

Simon moses is also a 3rd choice but wasn't consistent in his position and is likely to start 4rm the bench tomorrow as the current African Player of the year winner (Ademola Lookman) is expected to take charge of the left wing 4rm starting while Samuel chukwueze continues to maintain his right wing position with chidera ejuke as a 2nd option.
