Beautiful contacted us to make some Ankara dresses for her, we concluded and we met up for measurement.
We took her measurement on a Tuesday, we agreed to deliver one of the dresses on Friday...oppoooo, the time was short but trust , we always deliver as promised.

I quickly went to the market, got the Ankara and the tailoring accessories that we needed to make this beautiful dress.

To cut the long story short, we delivered to her on Friday and she loved her dress.
She called immediately she tried it to tell me that she loved her dress but it was a little bit tight on the waist, I told her how to loosen it, she did and here we are with this beautiful outfit.

I took the correction of the tight waist on the other remaining dresses and delivered them to her. Swipe to next picture for what she has to say about them.

I no de smile like this if I back Chimmeremnma de sew bc the back pain no be here, but sometimes, that's the only option for me to meet up with my target, especially those ones that the delivery dates are choking .

Someone once told me, if she wake up at night , ignore her and continue your work
She said she doesn't give her own daughter that chance to disturb her, that she would beat her daughter, next time she won't disturb her again.

Honestly I answered her okay.

But I went back to weigh the advice.
The first question I asked myself was, if I didn't have a child now? Will I concentrate in this work?
Shabi I will be going from one place to another looking for solution.

And the second question that followed was, what is her daughter's name? What is my daughter's name...wooo they are two different people

Look children are gift, and each child is unique, some will be too clingy, and there is a child that you will give birth to, you won't even feel the stress, he/she no go send you.

And there are stages too, each stage comes with its own challenges, that is why I said in my previous post, embrace every stage with love and patient.

Yes, sometimes, you will catch me asking my daughter if I offended her, why is it that it is when an choked that you will remember my case.....honestly it is not easy.

But if I ask the question finish,aunty will Kuku not answer me, instead she will increase her tempo.

Omooo, life of a mother in fashion business is not easy, if we start the tori, we no go finish am in years to come.

Dear Mums in fashion business

Today I want to celebrate you for your strength
and tenacity

For all those times you struggle with taking care of home and business.

I say a very big thank you to you for not giving up.

They will tell us to write a to do list and follow it, but how can you write a to do list for those madams and ogas that tell us when to stand and sit, when to lie down sef.

Sometimes me sef use to get frustrated and that is why I am here to celebrate us.

Keep writing that to do list
It will make you organised, even if you don't meet up with, it will be easy for you to know exactly where to start from.
