The Zamfara State Ministry of Education today hosted the African Institute for Solutions and Development (AISD), the development arm of Maryam Abacha American University of Nigeria (MAAUN). The introductory meeting focused on a proposed partnership to integrate and educate out-of-school children across the state.

The AISD delegation outlined a data-driven framework featuring Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) and the Accelerated Basic Education Program (ABEP) to ensure rapid foundational literacy. Crucially, the initiative introduces localized mapping to track the origins and demographics of vulnerable children.

The Honorable Commissioner welcomed the concept and requested that AISD submit a detailed operational Action Plan as the immediate next step. This formal Action Plan will serve as the final prerequisite before the Ministry signs the official Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to launch the program.

I know you would not want to be an enemy to the winning team. I am a politician, I have a formula, and my formula is to win election without rigging.

I am a minority Muslim from Yoruba, How will I go and chose one Emmanuel from Sokoto?" Tinubu asked.
