You can check that post on my feed. But first, read this to learn about high-potassium breakfast options and how to prepare them.
A high-potassium breakfast can promote lower blood pressure, improve cardiovascular health, prevent cramps, bloating, and swelling, and support a healthy metabolism.
Hereβs a solid potassium-rich breakfast option with the preparation process:
Banana and Nut Oatmeal Ingredients:

π 2 ripe bananas, sliced
π 1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds or walnuts)
π 1 tablespoon chia seeds
π 1 teaspoon original honey
π A pinch of cinnamon
Method of Preparation:
π In a saucepan, combine rolled oats and almond milk.
π Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the oats are cooked and the mixture thickens.
π Add sliced bananas and continue to cook for a few more minutes until the bananas soften and blend into the oatmeal.
π Stir in chopped nuts, chia seeds, and a pinch of cinnamon. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
π If desired, drizzle with original honey or maple syrup for sweetness.
π Serve warm and enjoy your potassium-rich breakfast!
