It’s no secret that what you eat as a patient with high BP matters a lot.

Even if you get the best medications in the world, maintaining healthy blood pressure is hard to achieve with a bad diet.

As much as you like Eba and Fufu, they both contain a high level of carbohydrates and calories that can affect your blood sugar or blood pressure negatively.

Aside from watching your salt intake, your sugar intake should be balanced.
