One of the most humbling things about motherhood is realizing that our children are always watching.

When we show kindness.
When we stay patient.
When we apologise.
When we laugh.
When we choose love, even on the hard days.

Long before they understand our words, they understand our actions. They’re learning what love looks like by the way we love them. They’re learning what safety feels like by the way we comfort them. They’re learning what kindness sounds like by the way we speak to them.

It’s easy to wonder if we’re doing enough.
